• I already have a website - why should I join the Pawfect Nuptials directory?

• What's the application process like?

  Simply fill out our application form with your business details and submit payment via the online form. You will then be redirected to a secure portal where you can upload your photos, write your description, and provide other details regarding your services and location. We’ll review your submission to ensure it’s a great fit for our community, then send you confirmation link once approved. You’ll be live on the directory within 48 hours.

  If for any reason your listing isn’t approved, we will issue you a refund.

• Do I pay upfront or after approval?

  To maintain the quality of our submissions and review process, you will pay upfront upon submitting your listing. However, if for any reason your listing isn’t approved, we will refund your listing fee in full. We would only reject applications in rare cases where the business isn’t genuine, has poor reviews or reputation, or doesn’t align with our service focus.

• What happens if I want to upgrade or change my package during my subscription?

  Your annual subscription runs for the full 12-month term, however if you wish to upgrade at any time, please contact us and we’ll pro-rate your existing subscription.

  Should you wish to downgrade to a lower tier or free listing, you may choose to do so at renewal time – please note we don’t offer pro-rated refunds for downgrades or cancellations during the 12-month subscription term.

• What makes Platinum different from Gold Partnership?

  Gold Partners create their own content using our forms – you write your description, upload photos, and structure everything yourself. Platinum Partners complete a detailed questionnaire, then our team creates the listing using proven templates and optimises everything (meta-descriptions, content, images etc) for search visibility. You save 1-2 hours and get professional results at a fraction of the cost of hiring your own SEO consultant.

• How quickly will I see my professionally created listing (Platinum partners)?

  We’ll schedule your personal onboarding call within 24 hours of payment. After understanding your business and gathering all relevant business details, images and videos, our team typically delivers your completed, optimised listing within 5 business days. You’ll review and approve everything before it goes live.

• Can I provide input on my Platinum listing content?

  Absolutely! The initial questionnaire is designed to identify your unique selling points and ensure we capture all relevant information. You will have the opportunity to review before it goes live.

  Once your professional listing is live, you can request changes anytime. Platinum Partners get priority support for updates, and we include an annual refresh to keep your content current.

• How do you make money? Do you take commissions from bookings?

  We operate on a transparent annual subscription model only. We don’t take commissions, booking fees, or percentages from your business. When couples contact you, that relationship is entirely between you and them.

• What if I have technical issues with my listing?

  Our dedicated support team is here to help! You’ll receive personal assistance from people who understand your business and are invested in your success – not generic call centres or AI chatbots.

• Can I link my website and social media to my directory listing?

  If you are on the Gold or Platinum tiers – absolutely! All paid listings include links to your website and social media profiles. This not only makes it easy for couples to find you across all platforms but also helps improve your overall online presence through quality backlinks.

• Can I update my listing information myself?

  We are currently working on a member portal for Gold and Platinum Partners where you can update your photos, description, and contact details. In the meantime, please contact us directly on [email protected] and our team will update your listing for you.

• Will my listing show up in Google searches?

  Yes! Our directory pages rank highly in Google searches for pet-friendly wedding terms. When couples search for services in your area, your listing can appear in search results, giving you additional visibility beyond your own website.

Business eligibility and information

• Is there a setup fee or hidden costs?

  No setup fees, no hidden costs. The annual price includes everything listed in your chosen package.

• What happens when my annual subscription expires?

  We’ll send renewal reminders well in advance. You can choose to renew, upgrade, downgrade to a free listing, or remove your listing entirely – no hassles.

• What if I want to remove my listing?

  You’re free to cancel anytime. We’ll remove your listing upon request – no questions asked, no cancellation fees. Please note that annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can choose not to renew when your current term expires.

• Will you limit the number of businesses in each category or location?

  No, we don’t impose artificial limits. We believe couples deserve choice, and there’s room for multiple quality providers in each area. We focus on maintaining quality standards rather than restricting numbers.

• What if there are already several similar businesses listed in my area?

  Great question! Having multiple options actually validates the demand in your area. Couples value choice and often contact several vendors before deciding. Plus, each business has unique strengths – your personality, pricing, or specific services might be exactly what a particular couple is seeking.

• What if I'm in a city or region that's not currently listed in the directory?

  No worries! If your area isn’t currently featured, we’ll add it to our directory. We’re constantly expanding our coverage across Australia, and new regions are added based on partner locations and demand.

• Do you accept businesses from outside Australia?

  Currently, we focus exclusively on Australian-based businesses to provide the most relevant results for our Australian couples planning local weddings.

• What types of businesses are eligible to list on the Pawfect Nuptials directory?

  We welcome all Australian-based businesses that offer pet-friendly wedding services, including venues, celebrants, photographers, pet wedding attendants, groomers, florists, accommodation providers, caterers, transport services, and wedding planners.
